Selwyn Centre - Information Session

In this information session, Megan from the St Andrews Selwyn Centre will be chatting about the programme offered at All Saints.

For older people who may be living alone or have limited opportunity to get out and about, the Selwyn Centres provide companionship, fun, advice and support. They provide a welcoming, easy-to-access community space for older people to meet, socialise and enjoy activities with other seniors in their area. Each session includes an organised programme of social activities, gentle exercise (chair-based and/or standing exercises), as well as a hearty morning tea – all at a minimal charge per guest. On occasion, special interest presentations, outings and excursions are organised, too.
