Come and meet your local councillors, in your local place. We’re coming to libraries and community centres across Hamilton Kirikiriroa to hear from you. Whether it’s a quick comment or a bigger concern, your feedback helps inform Council decisions. We’re here to listen.
These are informal, drop‑in sessions. No presentation, no speeches, just real conversations in your local place. This is a chance to talk directly with the people elected to represent you, and to help inform Long-Term Plan decisions.
Each session will have at least two councillors present, with a mix of East Ward, West Ward, Mayor and Maaori Ward representation across the full schedule.
