Answers to our most commonly asked questions about of Vegetable/Fruit Bags and Meat Packs!
We do not know before delivery what will be in the bag each week. There is a random selection of seasonal Vegetables and Fruit. We see 5-6 types of Vegetables/Fruit. Quantities and varieties are subject to availability, and seasonal changes and restrictions. We aim to get the most value for money, ensuring your $15 purchase gets your plenty of fresh produce.
We do not know before delivery what will be in the pack each week. There is a random selection of 5 fresh meat cuts. Generally, each cut is between 250g – 350g, with a selection of beef, chicken, bacon & sausages. This differs slightly for our Halal customers.
It is hard to say for sure, however a family of 4 (depending on how much the older children eat). Our advice is to try it once, and if it isn’t enough, order more the next time. Or less, depending on your choices.
Yes – All of our butcher’s beef, lamb & chicken is halal certified, so no problems there!
Unfortunately not – payments must be made at the time of order, and before collection.
Orders must be placed strictly before 12pm each Wednesday for collection on Thursday of the same week. Orders placed after this time will be ready for Thursday collection of the following week.
Your order will be available for collection on the Thursday of the week of order (providing the order was received before 12pm Wednesday). You will receive an email notification once order is ready for collection, generally around 11am. Collection is from 43 Church Road, Pukete, inside the Te Rapa Sportsdrome. You will be required to show ID to confirm the order is yours.
We will hold your order overnight, however will be on-sold should these not be collected by mid-day Friday, or an alternate arrangement has not been made.
We make no guarantees that you will like what is inside, however we are happy to rectify any situation where there is an issue with product quality.
Yes! You can make a repeating order every week, every fortnight, every month it is totally up to you! Please note, any failed payment will result in the automatic cancelation of your order. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are up-to-date
