Do you offer Work and Income Subsidies?We are a Ministry of Social development approved provider. We can offer WINZ subsidy for qualifying families. Speak with one of our staff about this application process.

How can I pay my bill?Every family is invoiced weekly for the previous weeks care. Payment can be made in a variety of ways, however online banking is our perfered method. Do I need to fill in any paperwork for my child to attend?Yes! You will need to complete an OSCAR Enrolment agreement online via our child management software AimyPlus before your child is able to attend. You can complete this by simply clicking here!

Will I be charged if my child isn't there on his/her scheduled day?Unfortunatley, yes - We do need to charge a fee to cover the cost of staff and food for that session - Please refer to our current fee schedule for all charges Please speak to our staff if you have further questions about this

Are your staff police vetted?All of our staff are police vetted, including those not working directly with children & all volunteers. These individuals are all vetting under the Children's Act (2014) and are renewed as per the Ministry of Social Development standards.

Do you provide food?The children are provided with a nutritious and substantial afternoon tea daily. At before school care a number of cereals and spreads for toast are available. During the school holidays we provide, breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and snacks. Water and fresh fruit are available at all times.

What schools do you work with?For before and after school we work with Pukete Primary & Te Rapa Primary. During the holidays children from any school are welcome to attend. If you feel that we could service your school, then please get in contact

What hours are you open?Before School care runs from 7am - 9am After School care runs from 3pm - 6pm Holiday programme operates all day from 7am - 6pm
