We are a Ministry of Social development approved provider. We can offer WINZ subsidy for qualifying families. Speak with one of our staff about this application process.
How can I pay my bill?
Every family is invoiced weekly for the previous weeks care. Payment can be made in a variety of ways, however online banking is our perfered method. When making payment we ask that you use your childs name as a reference. Payment can be made to the below account.
Do I need to fill in any paperwork for my child to attend?
Yes! You will need to complete an OSCAR Enrolment agreement before your child is able to attend. If your child is attedning holiday programme, then a holiday programme booking form must be completed before each school holiday period.
Will I be charged if my child isn't there on his/her scheduled day?
Unfortunatley, yes - We do need to charge a fee to cover the cost of staff and food for that session - Please refer to our current fee schedule for all charges
Are your staff police vetted?
All of our staff are police vetting, including those not working directly with children & all volunteers. These individuals are all vetting under the Vulnerable Childrens Act (2014) and are renewed as per the Minsitry of Social Development standards.
How can I let you know if my child is absent?
You can let us know your child is absnet a number of ways.
Do you provide food?
The children are provided with a nutritious and substantial afternooon tea daily. At before school care a number of cereals and spreads for toast are avaiable. During the school holidays we provide, breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and snacks. Water and fresh fruit are aviable at all times.
What schools do you work with?
For before and after school we work with Pukete Primary & Te Rapa Primary.
What hours are you open?
Before School care runs from 7am - 9am
