Celery and Apple Salad

A simple, delicious salad that can be used in many different ways. Serve with burgers, pasta or as a side.

Ingredients

4 Serves

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 apple, thinly sliced

4 stalks celery, sliced

1/2 cup roughly chopped parsley

1/2 red onion, sliced

Method

Combine all ingredients together and toss.
