Yoghurt and Nectarine ice-blocks

Homemade fruit ice-blocks
Ingredients:
4 Nectarines, stones removed
1 1/2 Tbsp caster sugar
500g yoghurt (flavoured or plain)
Method:
Roughly chop nectarines.
Combine the nectarine, sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan.
Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until nectarine is tender.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Once cooled, place nectarines mixture in a food processor and process until smooth.
Alternating with yoghurt and a nectarine mixture, spoon/layer into eight 1/2 cup ice-block moulds.
Insert sticks and place in freezer until frozen.
