Join others in the community for this very casual walking group. Walking only as far and as fast as the group chooses. Explore the streets of Hamilton, and end with a warm drink and good conversation here at the "House"!

Chair Yoga : Strength & Balance. Based on a functional and an active approach to movement, practiced in a gentle, slow manner building strength, stability & balance. Includes breathing practices, functional movement & relaxation.
